Returns and Refunds

This policy covers physical merchandise and digital products purchased from Altaire Financial Group. For help with an order, email info@altairefinancial.com and include your order number.

Physical merchandise

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 14 days after delivery. For a missing shipment, contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos where applicable so we can review the issue.

After we verify a covered issue, we will provide a replacement or refund. We do not offer routine returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Digital products

You may request cancellation and a refund before downloading or accessing the product, where we can verify that access has not occurred. After a product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are charged twice for the same purchase, receive the wrong file, or cannot access the purchased content because of a delivery problem, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will correct duplicate charges and work to provide the correct, accessible content. If we cannot provide the content you purchased, we will issue a refund.

Professional services

Refunds and cancellations for professional services follow the terms of the applicable service agreement and required disclosures. This merchandise and digital-product policy does not replace those service-specific terms.

Your rights and existing purchases

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights. Where applicable shipping-delay rules require a choice, we will obtain your agreement to the delay or refund the unshipped merchandise.

Purchases remain subject to the terms presented when the order was placed. Updates to this policy do not retroactively change the terms of existing purchases.
