Terms of Service
Effective date: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Altaire Financial Group website and your purchase or use of website-based products, consultations, resources, and services. By accessing this website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. Service-specific work is also governed by the applicable written proposal, engagement letter, disclosure, authorization, invoice, or service agreement.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement to use paid services. You agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-threatening activity, or to interfere with the website, forms, accounts, or systems.
Website Information Is General
Website content, educational materials, calculators, resources, and general communications are provided for informational purposes. They are not individualized legal, investment, lending, accounting, or tax advice unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. You should consult an appropriately licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
No Client Relationship From Website Use Alone
Visiting the website, submitting an intake form, sending a message, or scheduling or purchasing a consultation does not by itself create an ongoing client, fiduciary, attorney-client, lender-borrower, tax-preparer, or credit-repair relationship. A service relationship begins only after Altaire accepts the engagement and any required written agreement, disclosures, authorizations, documentation, and payment conditions are completed.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information; respond to reasonable requests; submit documents on time; review filings, reports, applications, and deliverables; and notify Altaire promptly of errors or changes. Altaire may pause, limit, or decline work when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, unauthorized, suspected to be fraudulent, or outside the agreed scope.
Credit Services
Credit-related services do not guarantee a score increase, deletion, specific tradeline outcome, approval, limit, interest rate, or completion date. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot lawfully be removed merely because it is unfavorable. Consumers may dispute inaccurate or incomplete credit-report information directly with consumer reporting agencies and furnishers without hiring a credit-repair company.
Any covered credit-repair engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement and required disclosures, including any cancellation rights and payment timing required by applicable law. These website Terms do not waive any nonwaivable consumer right.
Funding Services
Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, Altaire is not a bank, lender, creditor, or guarantor. Funding decisions are made by independent third parties. Altaire does not guarantee approval, rates, terms, limits, timing, or continued availability of any program. Applications may result in credit inquiries, fees, documentation requirements, or obligations imposed by the third-party provider.
Tax Services
Tax preparation, planning, and related services depend on the completeness and accuracy of information you provide and the law applicable to your circumstances. Altaire does not guarantee a refund, tax position, credit, deduction, filing acceptance, audit result, processing time, or other tax outcome. We may request additional documentation or decline to prepare or submit a return when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, or legally questionable. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving your return before filing and for retaining supporting records.
Bookkeeping and Payroll Support
Bookkeeping and payroll services are limited to the scope stated in the applicable agreement. Unless expressly agreed in writing, these services do not include an audit, review, attestation, legal opinion, fraud examination, or guarantee that a business will avoid penalties, notices, or cash-flow issues. Clients remain responsible for source documents, approvals, bank access, employee classifications, tax deposits, and business decisions.
Business Formation and Operational Support
Altaire is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Business formation, filing, operations, systems, and administrative support do not guarantee approval, processing times, legal sufficiency, funding eligibility, profitability, compliance, or business success. Clients are responsible for obtaining legal, tax, licensing, insurance, and regulatory advice where needed.
Consultations
Consultations provide analysis, education, and recommendations based on information available during the session. They do not guarantee a particular result or create an ongoing engagement unless confirmed in writing.
The Financial Strategy Consultation is priced at $150 unless otherwise stated. The consultation fee may be credited toward one eligible Altaire service when the client enrolls within 30 calendar days after the consultation. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable, is limited to one credit per enrollment, and cannot be combined or duplicated unless Altaire agrees in writing. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show terms may be stated separately. The final service agreement controls eligibility and application of the credit.
Digital Products and Educational Materials
Unless a product listing states otherwise, digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share access credentials, publish, reproduce for commercial distribution, or remove ownership notices from Altaire materials. Educational products do not guarantee financial, credit, tax, funding, or business results.
Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Prices, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation rights, and refund terms vary by service and are stated in the applicable product listing, invoice, checkout, written agreement, or legally required disclosure. Service-specific terms control. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.
Third-Party Services
We may use or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, software, lenders, funding providers, credit bureaus, tax systems, government portals, and other services. Altaire does not control their availability, decisions, terms, security, or performance. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, branding, graphics, documents, templates, processes, and materials are owned by or licensed to Altaire and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited use rights expressly stated in a product listing or written agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general website content are provided "as is" and "as available." Altaire disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altaire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, third-party services, lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on general website content. Any direct liability will be limited as stated in the applicable written agreement or, when no written agreement applies, to the amount paid for the specific website product or consultation giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party's rights, or submission of false, unauthorized, or fraudulent information.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's nonwaivable consumer-protection law applies. Any venue or dispute provision in a service-specific written agreement controls disputes arising from that engagement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as services, technology, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future website use. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed service agreement unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
