Ongoing monthly services use subscriptions until canceled under their terms. Complete onboarding and confirm scope before subscription activation. These are not finite payment plans or one-time purchases.

Get Started with Monthly Support
Where your setup package includes the same first month of ongoing support, subscription billing begins in Month 2; the included month is not billed twice. Longer included support periods finish before billing for the same support begins. Third-party software introductory periods are separate. Scope and cancellation terms are confirmed before activation.
Included costs and scope
One price covers the services and standard launch costs included in your selected package. Standard one-time setup costs and the first month of required paid third-party subscriptions are included where applicable. Website/domain packages include standard first-year domain registration where stated. After the included introductory period, ongoing third-party subscription costs become your responsibility.
Premium software, premium themes/plugins, specialty domains, unusually large print quantities, paid media/ad spend, billboard placement, government filing and licensing fees, photography/video, and upgrades outside the stated scope are separate.
Books Cleanup and higher setup tiers include up to 3 historical months. Additional months and unusual complexity require an add-on or custom quote. Confirm accounts, worker count, and payroll needs during intake; standalone payroll subscription pricing includes additional per-worker charges.
Your delivery estimate is confirmed during onboarding after required content, documents, and access are received. Client delays pause the timeline. Revisions stay within the stated scope; new concepts, pages, integrations, or deliverables may require an add-on or new quote. Please provide accurate information, approvals, and required assets through your assigned secure intake or portal. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through a general contact form.
Pay-in-full options and approved deposits follow the service scope. Affirm remains available only where offered by Shopify and subject to eligibility.
