Included setup costs

One price covers the services and standard launch costs included in your selected package. Standard one-time setup costs and the first month of required paid third-party subscriptions are included where applicable. Website/domain packages include standard first-year domain registration where stated. After the included introductory period, ongoing third-party subscription costs become your responsibility.

The included support period is part of this package price. Any subscription for the same support begins only after the included period ends, with your agreement; no automatic duplicate first-month charge.

Historical cleanup includes up to 3 months. Additional historical months or unusually complex books require a separate add-on or custom scope before work begins. Contact us before purchasing if your needs exceed this scope. Worker count, account count, and payroll complexity are confirmed during onboarding where applicable.

Scope and client responsibilities

Your delivery estimate is confirmed during onboarding after required content, documents, and access are received. Client delays pause the timeline. Revisions stay within the stated scope; new concepts, pages, integrations, or deliverables may require an add-on or new quote. Please provide accurate information, approvals, and required assets through your assigned secure intake or portal. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through a general contact form.

Premium software, premium themes/plugins, specialty domains, unusually large print quantities, paid media/ad spend, billboard placement, government filing and licensing fees, photography/video, and upgrades outside the stated scope are separate.

Payment and next step

Pay in full at checkout. Affirm is available only where offered by Shopify at checkout and subject to eligibility. After purchase, complete the intake or project inquiry so we can confirm access, assets, and your delivery schedule.
